Carolyn Leigh Toth earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Paralegal Studies in 1991. She received her Juris Doctor degree from University of Tulsa College of Law in 2001.
During law school, Carrie participated in the University’s Elder Law Clinic where they provide pro bono probate services to low-income clients. Since law school, she has volunteered with the American Immigration Lawyers Association during their naturalization drives in the Atlanta area and two years co-chaired the AILA Atlanta Chapter 5th Grade National Essay Writing Contest. Carrie now focuses her practice areas on family based petitions, naturalizations and waivers.
Carrie is admitted to practice before all of the courts of Georgia. She is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
